Thank you Mohammed Bachiri! Mohammed exudes what could be thought of as the definition of a team player. When someone calls for help, Mohammed or as we fondly call him, ‘Mo’ comes running to the rescue … he just suddenly is right in front of you… waiting patiently I might add to find out how he can help you and the people we support. He always demonstrates that the most important thing is to put people first. His actions demonstrate the meaning of respect. He is always willing to lend a helping hand. There are times when you do not know how you are going to take care of a situation and he comes along in his soft spoken way and offers his assistance. Mohammed is always willing to help out with van duty no matter, the weather. Mohammed continues to get the people he supports out into the community when ever possible. Mohammed continues to work based on The Arc of Orange County's values and Mission statement.
