What is The Arc New York?
The Arc New York (formerly known as NYSARC, Inc.) is the largest not-for-profit organization in the country that serves individuals who have developmental disabilities and their families. It is comprised of 52 county-based chapters throughout New York State. The Arc New York provides advocacy at the state level while chapters, such as The Arc of Orange County, provide services, support, programs and advocacy at the local level. Together, Arc New York chapters support 60,000 people with developmental disabilities throughout New York State, and has 100,000 members.

The Arc of The United States is a national organization that offers advocacy for people with developmental disabilities at the federal level. Through NYSARC, Inc., The Arc of Orange County is a member of The Arc of The United States.
How do I Become a Member?
It’s easy! Download our membership form and mail to The Arc of Orange County, 249 Broadway, Newburgh, NY 12550. Membership is $10 per person.
Each member receives a Discount card to businesses and restaurant in Orange County that can be used over and over until June 2019.
